Providing service and customer support during field visits and via telephone. Managing all on site installation, repair, maintenance and test tasks. Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions. Maintaining a constant inventory within the company vehicle.
Your tasks
Job duties include:
- Reporting daily activities to the Regional Lead Technician.
- Self-starting initiative for daily activities.
- Creating a safe work environment by following policies.
- Properly using implemented software for scheduling work, completing work forms and forwarding the information to the customer.
- Maintaining a constantly replenished inventory for repairs.
- Maintaining company vehicle, laptop, phone and tools.
- Creating and maintaining a professional relationship with the customer.
- Traveling for factory training classes on Kardex Remstar Products.
- Overnight travel as needed.
- Compensated After-hours on-call rotation once trained accordingly.
- Compensated After-hours technical support rotation once trained accordingly.
- Additionally, there will be other duties and responsibilities as required by management.
