We are seeking a qualified Field Service Technician (FST) to assist in the assembly, deployment, testing, and maintenance of advanced security technology solutions. As a member of the technical staff, the FST will be responsible for assembling, implementing, and supporting a variety of proposed solutions, with the goal of ensuring successful implementation of projects. The FST will be expected to build technical knowledge, use and advance their technical skills on innovative technology, and achieve upward mobility in a hands-on environment. This position requires a self-starter to deliver the desired customer service experience. The ideal candidate is someone who demonstrates ambition, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics. A keen attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary to perform job duties.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist on multiple, simultaneous, full life cycle, client-facing projects from concept to implementation, ensuring project objectives are completed on time
Perform installations of products and solutions in accordance with design documents
Assemble, troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging, etc.)
Provide in-house and on-site support for system fabrication and installations
Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance schedule
Provide service and customer support during field visits
Communicate with the team and share information across the organization
Ensure a safe, positive work environment
Additional duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education, Experience & Skills
Proven field service experience
Ability to follow standard procedures and operator instructions
Comfort working with low voltage electrical components and systems
Fundamentals utilizing hand tools

Preferred Education, Experience & Skills
Experience installing security, CCTV, or low-voltage electrical systems
