One of the following:
Bachelor's degree + 1+ year of relevant experience
Associate degree/trade certification/military training + 4+ years of experience
7+ years equivalent hands-on experience
Knowledge of FDA regulations, medical device standards, and Quality Management Systems
Proven ability to work independently on complex technical issues
