Field Service Engineer Level I Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Provide moderate-level onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell''s electro-mechanical solutions.
Regularly communicate with manager-level nursing and pharmacy staff and work on problems of moderate scope.
Basic Qualifications:
Coursework in Network Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics.
Experience working in a hospital environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or related discipline and experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
Field Service Engineer Level II Responsibilities and Qualifications:
Responsibilities:
Independently perform onsite troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and emergency maintenance of Omnicell''s electro-mechanical and automation solutions.
Regularly communicate with director-level nursing and pharmacy staff and tackle problems of advanced scope.
Provide coaching and mentoring as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Coursework in Network Engineering, Robotics, or Electronics.
Experience working in a hospital environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology or a related discipline AND one year of relevant experience; OR
Associate''s Degree/Trade School Certification/Military Training in an Engineering/Technology related discipline, AND four years of relevant experience; OR seven years equivalent experience troubleshooting and repairing electronic, mechanical, or computer devices.
Knowledge of FDA regulations for medical devices and Quality Management Systems.
