Field Services Engineer (Part-time)

We are seeking a Part-time Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our team, specializing in automation workstation installation, maintenance, and support for medical and laboratory equipment. The FSE will be responsible for conducting site inspections, installing and debugging instruments, updating software, scripting adjustments, training end-users, and providing after-sales support and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Conduct environmental inspections prior to automation workstation installation.Perform installation, calibration, and troubleshooting of automated instruments.Update software, debug scripts, and ensure optimal system performance.Provide technical training to customers on instrument usage and best practices.Offer after-sales support , including maintenance, repairs, and follow-ups.Maintain detailed service records and ensure timely reporting of service activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or Physics .1-3 years of experience in after-sales service for automated medical or laboratory equipment .Proficiency in using common service tools , such as multimeters and diagnostic software.Ability to handle installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting independently.Strong communication, Mandarin speaking is a plus.Willingness to travel across the East Coast for on-site service, and travel to Mainland China for training.Seniority level Seniority level Not ApplicableEmployment type Employment type Part-timeJob function Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Vazyme by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Field Services Engineer” roles.
