Brown & Brown is seeking a Field Services Engineer to join our growing team!

The Field Services Engineer will provide internal support for our team members at the local office as well as remote staff. To excel in this role, you will need to provide a good combination of technical and customer service skills.

How You Will Contribute:

• Support the IT infrastructure for a department or office including the physical network, servers and applications Support the IT infrastructure for a department or office including the physical network, servers and applications

• Provides support for complex computing environment in areas such as hardware, software and networks Provides support for complex computing environment in areas such as hardware, software and networks

• Perform support for special applications requiring extensive knowledge and expertise Perform support for special applications requiring extensive knowledge and expertise

Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

• Knowledge of PC security, Identify Management, Office 365 User & Account Management and Security & Compliance module (preferred) Knowledge of PC security, Identify Management, Office 365 User & Account Management and Security & Compliance module (preferred)

• SharePoint Security, role base security definitions and deployment (preferred) SharePoint Security, role base security definitions and deployment (preferred)

• Experience in an SD-WAN and/or MPLS network environment (preferred) Experience in an SD-WAN and/or MPLS network environment (preferred)

• Previous experience working in a SOX and HIPAA environment (preferred) Previous experience working in a SOX and HIPAA environment (preferred)

• 4+ years' of experience working in an office/enterprise setting supporting Windows/MAC (preferred) 4+ years' of experience working in an office/enterprise setting supporting Windows/MAC (preferred)
