\nRole Description The Field Services Engineer is a full-time, field based (remote) role preferably based in the midwest region of the United States, with a particular interest in candidates from Iowa, Illinois, or Wisconsin. This position is responsible for installing, commissioning, and servicing CANNON instruments at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing equipment issues, performing troubleshooting and repairs, executing preventive maintenance, and providing technical support to end users. The Field Services Engineer will document service activities, maintain accurate records, and communicate clearly with customers about findings, solutions, and best practices. This role also collaborates with internal teams to relay customer feedback, support continuous improvement, and uphold CANNON’s standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
