Field Services Journeyman Electrician — Industrial Systems

Role overview
As a key contributor at All Systems, you’ll partner closely with foremen and project managers to deliver automation work on time and to spec. You’ll set the tone for safety and quality, mentor apprentices, and troubleshoot electrical systems across diverse sites nationwide.
Core duties
- Lead apprentices on industrial automation installations and modifications.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and quality expectations.
- Coordinate activities and timelines with foremen and project managers.
- Diagnose faults and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide hands-on training in electrical methods and best practices.
- Stay nimble in a fast-moving environment with changing priorities.
- Travel to project locations throughout the United States as required.
Must-haves
- Valid Journeyman Electrician license in any state.
- Team-first mindset and the ability to collaborate well.
- Basic knowledge of control systems preferred; we will train the right candidate.
- Desire to learn and advance within industrial automation.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel nationwide for project assignments.

Pay Range: $35-$55 Depending on experience, education and licensing
