The Field Service Manager will lead our field operations team, ensuring top-notch customer support, efficient service operations, and seamless troubleshooting. This person will be coordinating technician schedules, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery to our customers. You will turn service calls into long-term customer relationships, balancing technical expertise with strong leadership to drive operational excellence.

Thorough understanding of industry standards, policies, procedures, and best practices relevant to the field.
Demonstrated experience recommending and implementing policies, practices, and procedures with significant organizational impact.
Training & Experience with National Electrical Code (NFPA 70), Electrical Safety in the Workplace (NFPA 70E) and OSHA 10/30.
Comprehensive knowledge of electrical systems up to 600 VAC and 2,000 VDC, including electro‑mechanical technology, control systems, and remote monitoring systems.
This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Non-US Persons, as defined in the ITAR and EAR, may not be eligible to obtain authorization.
Base Salary Range:
$107,040.00 - $147,180.00
