We provide on-the-job training and support to help you succeed.What You'll DoAs a Field Services Representative, you'll play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring quality workmanship and product performance throughout the construction process.Responsibilities include:

Visiting customer job sites to inspect building products and workmanship at various stages of construction.Investigating customer concerns and identifying effective solutions to service and product issues.Recommending repairs or replacements based on company guidelines, quality standards, and cost-effective practices.Coordinating with and approving third-party repair providers when needed.Inspecting completed repairs to ensure quality expectations are met.Managing your schedule and workload to meet daily, weekly, and project-related goals.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Training is provided.

Work Environment & Physical RequirementsThis role offers a mix of office and field work, providing variety and opportunities to be out on construction sites.

Work in both office settings and outdoor environments with varying weather conditions.Travel to customer and company job sites throughout the workday.Walk on uneven terrain and active construction sites safely and confidently.Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 80 pounds.
