We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. You will work directly with customers, provide ongoing technical support, optimize high-performance equipment, support the installation, startup, and troubleshooting of advanced OEM filling systems deployed across North, Central, and South America. This hands-on role combines mechanical, electrical, and controls expertise with customer-facing problem solving to keep critical customer operations running successfully.

What You Will Do:

• Perform machine repairs, adjustments, upgrades, and preventive maintenance
• Provide professional technical support and build strong customer relationships
• Install and commission complex automated filling equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues
• Diagnose PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, and automation problems
• Train customer operators and maintenance teams

What We Are Looking For:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting background
• Experience servicing industrial machinery or automated equipment
• Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, controls, or automation systems preferred
• Self-motivated problem solver who can work independently
• Strong communication skills and customer service mindset

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industrial equipment service experience
• Experience with OEM machinery, packaging equipment, robotics, or automation
• Valid driver’s license

Travel: This position requires approximately 60–75% travel, including overnight stays at customer locations. Travel may include domestic and international assignments.
