    Field Services Technician - Job Posting

    Location: Multiple Locations (Oregon/Washington)
    Employment Type: Full-Time

    About the Role

    We are seeking a reliable and skilled Field Services Technician to join our team. This role involves traveling to residential and commercial properties to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure properties are safe, functional, and well-maintained.     Responsibilities

    • Perform debris removal, grass cutting, and hazard removal at various properties.
    • Remove damaged or unsafe items and replace locks as needed.
    • Execute occasional roof and gutter cleaning, as well as tarping to protect properties.
    • Carry out general property maintenance tasks to ensure safety and occupancy readiness.
    • Document work performed and report any issues or concerns to supervisors.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working condition.
    Qualifications

    • Experience: Previous experience in property maintenance, landscaping, construction, or a related field is preferred.
    • Skills:
    • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
    • Basic knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
    • Comfortable using lawn mower, hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment.
    • Attributes:
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
    • Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality work.
    • Strong communication skills for reporting and documentation.
    • Requirements:
    • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
    • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or evenings.
    • Able to drive a truck with trailer.
