As a Field Specialist II, you will be responsible for executing field operations, supporting customer requirements, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will work closely with internal teams and customers to maintain operational excellence and uphold safety and quality standards.

Fueling Your Passion

As a Field Specialist II, you will apply your technical knowledge and operational experience to perform field activities, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement. You will play a key role in delivering reliable service outcomes while maintaining a strong customer focus.

As a Field Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

  • Executing field operations in line with company procedures and safety standards

  • Applying functional and technical expertise to support assigned product lines

  • Delivering high-quality service while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders

  • Collaborating with team members to achieve operational goals

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in the field environment

  • Maintaining accurate documentation and reporting of field activities

  • Ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a two-year Technical Degree (preferred)

  • Have relevant industry experience and product line training

  • Have strong functional and technical skills

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Have a strong customer-focused mindset

  • Have the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

  • Have strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in field conditions
