Job Details

Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple project sites
Lead, mentor, and develop field personnel
Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project schedules
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget
Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
Enforce company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements
Collaborate with customers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
3+ years of Superintendent, Foreman, or field leadership experience
Experience managing multiple crews and project sites
Strong knowledge of construction operations and jobsite safety practices
Ability to read plans, coordinate schedules, and drive project execution
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Northern Nevada
