Key Qualifications:
- 5+yrs CONCRETE experience and knowledge geared to the above industry
- Bi-Lingual - Spanish/ English
- Associates/ bachelor's degree in construction mgmt or civil engineering or survey technology required or strongly encouraged.
- Computer Proficient with computers, Heavy Bid, and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and problem-solving Skills
- Companies willing to assist in training and development
