Interiors SuperintendentThe Interiors Superintendent will be responsible for managing all interior construction activities for a large-scale mixed-use development. They will coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. They will develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet key milestones and turnover dates. They will conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and company standards. They will work closely with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants throughout construction. They will utilize Procore to manage project documentation, daily reports, scheduling updates, and communication. They will identify and proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays and maintain project progress. They will enforce jobsite safety requirements and promote a culture of accountability. They should have proven experience managing interior construction projects within multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, restaurant, office, or commercial sectors. They should have a strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor management. They should have experience using Procore or similar construction management software. They should be able to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules. They should have strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to build relationships across project teams. They should be a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
