Overview
Installers are responsible for staging orders, prepping openings, complying with 84 Lumber's installation methods, truck maintenance, unloading trucks, completing paperwork, and job site clean-up. They must also comply with all OSHA regulations.The siding field superintendent will work closely with the installation manager. Some responsibilities include:
Estimating jobs
Reading and understanding blueprints
Completing job file documents
Quality control inspections at jobsite
Safety inspections at jobsite
Working with installation crews and reviewing project specifications
Communication with general contractors and superintendents
Assuring correct material is onsite
Small hardie siding repairs at punch out

Qualifications
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos; write simple correspondence; effectively present information to others one-on-one.
Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple one or two-step instructions; deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
