Title of Job: Field Superintendent Commercial Remodels
Status: Non-exempt
Reports To: Project Manager
Summary of Position: The Field Superintendent will provide on-site coordination for all phases of a construction project including supervising employees as needed, coordinating subcontractors, material and equipment, ensuring specifications are being strictly followed and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget. The Field Superintendent shall be responsible for scheduling, inspections, quality control and job site safety. Must have a background in Restaurant construction.

· Knowledge and experience in General Contracting
· General knowledge of all trades
· Demonstrated ability to use hand tools
· Professional demeanor, selling style, and appearance
Minimum Qualifications:
• Knowledge of construction safety and safety procedures
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Extremely Organized
• Supervisory experience
• Five (5) to ten (10) years of construction experience
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must valid and active driver’s license
• Access to reliable transportation to reach customer locations
• Dependable and able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to travel 80-100% of time
