The Product & Communication Supervision Department plays a critical role in achieving the Compliance Divisions mission of promoting our clients best interest while helping to ensure the firm remains in compliance with Social Media industry rules and regulations. The Asset & Electronic Communication Surveillance team is responsible for supervising firm social media activity to ensure compliance with industry regulations and firm policies. In this role, a Compliance Supervisor will leverage established surveillance tools to review and monitor social media content across platforms. The team also serves as a key resource for branch offices, providing guidance and support related to social media usage, regulatory requirements, and firm standards governing digital communications.
What Youll Do:
• Partner with Financial Advisors and branch teams to assist them in building a successful and compliant social media presence. • Conduct review and approval of social media activity, including profile and post reviews. • Identify supervisory issues, trends, and potential concerns in branch activity and effectively communicate them to clients, Financial Advisors, and home office associates. • Coach and educate branch teams on supervisory and compliance issues, best practices, and complex situations related to Social Media & Electronic Communications. • Support the development of the teams depth of knowledge in Social Media and Electronic Communications. • Interpret firm policy and solve complex challenges.
Three years of Social Media & Electronic Communications supervisory experience, Series 7, 9, 10, 24, and 66 licenses required. If you do not currently hold the Series 66 license, it must be obtained within 30 days of hire. We will provide access to coaching resources to help you organize and optimize your study plan.
Extensive knowledge of industry rules and regulations related to Social Media & E-Communications.
What Might Set You Apart:
• Must demonstrate strong conflict-management, problem-solving, and independent decision-making skills. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Bachelors degree in a business-related field is preferred but not required.
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ, and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week, effective June 1, 2026. Before June 1, 2026, candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ, and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday. Current home-based associates, please note: Even as a hybrid posted role, you are eligible to apply and, if selected, may retain your home-based status. However, future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work, and some roles may carry a preference for hybrid presence.
