FIELD SUPERVISOR — FIBER INSTALLATION & HDDOso Communications Inc. is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee fiber construction operations and supervise HDD (Horizontal Directional Drilling) crews. Aerial experience is preferred.Qualifications
- Must understand construction prints/maps, locates, safety requirements, and production tracking
- Strong leadership and communication skills required
- Experience managing fiber installation and directional drilling crews
- Ability to maintain quality control and ensure production goals are met
- Supervise field crews and daily operations
- Coordinate production and job site activities
- Ensure safety compliance and quality workmanship
- Communicate with management, inspectors, and contractors
- Maintain project timelines and workflow efficiency
