Field Supervisor- Albuquerque

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to join our home healthcare team. The Field Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of our field staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of home healthcare practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support field staff, including caregivers and home health aides.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor the quality of care provided.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
• Provide training and development of field staff.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients or caregivers.
• Collaborate with the Operations Manager to improve client services.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home healthcare or a similar setting.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must live in Albuquerque, NM or surrounding areas.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish/English) are encouraged to apply.
