Houston Booting LLC is seeking a motivated and dependable Booting Supervisor to lead field operations and support our growing enforcement team. This leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage people effectively, and is committed to maintaining professionalism while ensuring parking compliance across the city.
As a Booting Supervisor, you will oversee daily booting operations, support and train field personnel, respond to escalated customer situations, and help maintain operational efficiency and accountability. This position offers the opportunity to work independently, lead a team, and play a key role in the continued growth of Houston Booting LLC.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support vehicle booters during daily operations.
• Train and onboard new team members on company procedures and local regulations.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and performance standards.
• Respond to escalated customer disputes and resolve issues professionally.
• Conduct field inspections to ensure policy compliance and quality control.
• Coordinate with management, law enforcement, towing companies, and property owners as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of enforcement activities.
• Ensure all employees follow company safety procedures and local laws.
• Monitor and maintain company equipment and report operational issues promptly.
• Lead by example with professionalism, accountability, and strong work ethic.
Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Dependable vehicle required.
• Previous supervisory, management, security, parking enforcement, towing, or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-stress situations.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple employees and locations.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience managing field personnel or independent contractors.
• Knowledge of parking enforcement procedures and local compliance regulations.
• Experience handling conflict resolution and customer service issues.
