2nd shift Field Supervisor, Roselle, IL

Love working outdoors and leading a team? Clarke is looking for a Field Supervisor to support our operations in Roselle. This role helps keep daily field activities running smoothly-everything from scheduling crews to jumping in on field work when/as needed.

*** Note - during the summer months (May - September) this position will work a 2nd shift (2pm - 10:30pm) Monday - Friday to support our technicians in the field at night (truck and ATV spraying), and will transition to a 1st shift in the off season months (October - April). Candidate must be willing to work nights during the months mentioned above.***

What You'll Do

• Coordinate daily schedules and support crews in the field.
• Handle job tickets, reports, and data entry to keep operations accurate and on track.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Help train and guide seasonal staff, making sure they understand procedures and expectations.
• Keep tabs on chemical inventory, equipment status, and vehicle needs.
• Perform quality checks and step into field operations during busy times.
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding seasonal team members.
• Maintain safe work practices and help create a positive team environment.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Experience in fast-paced service operations, scheduling, or dispatching is a big plus.
• Previous experience in mosquito control, aquatics, or pest control is helpful.
• Prior leadership, team lead and training experience strongly preferred.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office and reading maps.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various conditions.
• Comfortable operating spray trucks and ATVs at night.
• Mechanical aptitude, ability to troubleshoot sprayers and equipment.
• Good communication skills and a valid driver's license with a strong driving record.
• College degree in a related field (Biological/Environmental Sciences, etc.) is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.
• A desire to learn, grow, and go above and beyond.

Pay

This position offers a base hourly compensation of $22.00-$23.00 per hour. This salary range reflects an anticipated range for this position. The actual base compensation offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, and certifications or other professional licenses held.
