About the Role:
Donna & Lorenzo's Sparkle And Shine Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to join our growing team in Monmouth and Ocean County, NJ! In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be the backbone of our field operations — ensuring every job is completed to the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support cleaning crews across multiple job sites to ensure quality and efficiency
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks before, during, and after cleaning services
• Train, mentor, and motivate field staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and company standards
• Serve as the primary point of contact between field teams and management
• Address and resolve client concerns or on-site issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating restocking as needed
•  Training and onboarding new employees+
• Coaching and supporting current team members
• Handling employee call-outs and helping coordinate coverage
• Checking staging and final presentation before jobs are completed
• Conducting client walkthroughs and gathering information for estimates
• Interviewing potential new team members
• Helping employees stay motivated, confident, and accountable
• Handling day-to-day questions and minor field issues
• Making sure our cleaning standards, checklists, photos, and procedures are being followed
• Communicating with clients when needed
• Stepping in and helping the team when necessary
  
  

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial or residential cleaning, facilities management, or a related field
• Previous supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing staff and client relations
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Dependable, professional, and a positive team-oriented attitude
