Overtime is available.This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee residential remodeling and construction operations to make sure all work meets established timelines, client expectations, and company quality standards. You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously, performing daily and weekly site visits to check over the crews' work, keeping all projects on schedule and within budget. You'll manage in-house crews and subcontractors, delegate work efficiently, and coordinate timely material/tool deliveries to make sure workers aren't waiting for supplies.Throughout each project, you'll stay in touch with the homeowners to keep them updated on progress and support a positive, transparent client experience. If any problems come up, you'll take care of the issue and escalate to the project manager if needed. You'll maintain accurate job documentation/photos, ensure crew members follow all safety procedures, and proactively identify and avoid issues when possible.
