We are seeking a Field Supervisor to lead pressure washing and roadway cleaning crews on both local and out-of-town projects. This role is hands-on and leadership-focused, responsible for crew performance, job execution, safety, and daily coordination with operations management.
This position is ideal for someone who can run work in the field, lead by example, and hold crews accountable, while maintaining high standards for safety, quality, and efficiency.
Supervise daily field operations for pressure washing and roadway cleaning crews
Lead crews on out-of-town rotational assignments (hotel and per diem provided)
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to contract specifications
Conduct daily tailgate safety meetings and enforce company & DOT safety standards
Coordinate equipment, vehicles, and materials for each shift
Track crew hours, job progress, and daily production
Communicate clearly with Operations Manager regarding schedules, issues, and performance
Maintain cleanliness and care of trucks, trailers, and equipment
Enforce company policies, attendance, and jobsite professionalism
Assist with training and onboarding of new crew members
Prior experience supervising field crews (pressure washing, roadway services, construction, utilities, or similar)
Comfortable working nights, weekends, and out-of-town rotations
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple employees in fast-paced field environments
Strong safety mindset and attention to detail
Valid driver's license (CDL preferred but not required)
Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
CDL Class B or A
DOT / roadway work experience
Pressure washing or heavy equipment experience
Experience with night work and traffic control environments
