About the Role: Join DS ELECTRIC LLC as a Field Supervisor - Residential in Houston, TX, where you'll lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional electrical services. Be part of a dynamic company committed to quality and innovation in the residential sector.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of residential electrical projects to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with team members and subcontractors to maintain project schedules.
Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to field staff on best practices and safety protocols.
Manage project budgets and resources efficiently to maximize profitability.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and expectations.
Prepare and submit progress reports to management and stakeholders.
Resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle promptly.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a field supervisor in the electrical or construction industry.
Strong knowledge of residential electrical systems and installation practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Valid electrical license and relevant certifications preferred.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
