Lead field activities for industrial and commercial structural steel erection. You’ll coordinate with Construction and Project Managers, guide crews, enforce safety, and keep the plan, people, and materials synchronized so milestones are met without compromise.

Your impact
Plan and execute work alongside the Construction Manager/Project Manager
Model and enforce safe behaviors and consistent PPE usage
Interpret blueprints, specifications, and scopes to direct field operations
Coordinate and verify on‑time delivery of tools, equipment, and materials
Own documentation accuracy: time sheets, POs, and daily/weekly logs
Troubleshoot using sound judgment and structured problem‑solving
Coach crews, monitor output and quality, and intervene as needed
Communicate clearly, listen actively, and keep stakeholders aligned
