Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst (Level 1/2 IT Support)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Employment Type: Contract (4 months, potential extension/convert to full-time)


About the Role
We’re seeking a customer-focused Desktop Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced corporate environment. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end users, and ensure smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide Level 1 & Level 2 desktop support for end users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and MS Office issues
  • Manage tickets and resolve incidents in a timely manner
  • Support Active Directory, MS Intune, and remote management tools
  • Maintain office IT systems and equipment
  • Deliver front-line customer service and technical support

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of desktop support or IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Windows environments and MS Office Suite
  • Experience with Active Directory, MS Intune, and ticketing systems
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service and communication abilities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting banking or legal environments
  • Familiarity with Apple iOS devices
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
