Job Title: Field Technical Support Analyst
Location: Indianapolis, IN (Onsite)
Employment Type: 3-Months Contract (Potential to Convert Full-Time)

About the Role
We’re looking for a customer-focused Field Technical Support Analyst to provide hands-on IT and AV support in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll support training sessions, resolve technical issues, and deliver excellent end-user support while working closely with IT and operations teams.

What You’ll Do
  • Set up and support AV equipment for trainings, meetings, and events
  • Provide desk-side technical support and resolve IT tickets
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
  • Assist with hardware deployment and distribution across locations
  • Support Windows environments and enterprise tools
  • Deliver proactive, high-quality customer service
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure smooth daily operations

Minimum Qualifications (Requirements)
  • Must have 2–3 years of IT support experience
  • Must have 5+ years of customer service experience
  • Must have experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365
  • Must have basic knowledge of Active Directory, Azure, and Intune
  • Experience with imaging and device setup processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent with technical experience

Preferred Qualifications:
  • IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, etc.)
  • Experience with AV setup and support
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
