This is a contract opportunity with the potential to convert to a full-time position, paying in the $28-29/hour range, depending on experience.The key to this role is a solid background in IT support, combined with a strong customer service orientation. The ideal candidate will have experience resolving Level I & II technical issues, supporting hardware/software environments, and assisting with the coordination of equipment across dispersed locations.
