Duties and Responsibilities: Safely and efficiently transport supplies and equipment to various job sites, as needed. Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of all materials loaded and unloaded to maintain inventory control. Assist with the initial set up of all new job sites, and the subsequent cleanup of material on completed projects. Deliver documents and packages to various locations. Coordinate with marketing to assist in the set up groundbreaking events. Fill in and perform superintendent duties on occasion to cover employee time off or for uncovered project sites. Maintain storage areas, keep in a clean organized manner. Maintain and track company fleet of vehicles and large assets. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols during material transportation, loading, and unloading to minimize accidents. Maintain a professional courteous demeanor when interacting with suppliers and represent our company in a positive light. Assist with various labor tasks when needed. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities: High School diploma or equivalent. Valid drivers license and clean driving record. Construction related background a plus. Effective time management skills. Punctuality and great communication skills. Ability to work independently. Computer literate, and familiar with Microsoft Office.
