JOB Summary
The Field Support Coordinator (FSC) plays a vital role in driving the success of our sales organization by overseeing a wide array of operational and support activities within designated Zones and Markets. This position is integral to enhancing sales force effectiveness and productivity, focusing on key areas such as compensation, onboarding, incentives, reporting & analytics, and asset management. The FSC is a strategic partner for sales leaders, ensuring that they have the tools and resources needed to succeed.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
4+ years proven experience in support, operations, roles in a fast-paced sales environment
Must be willing and able to travel up to 15-20% as needed
Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) and required for some locations
The pay range for the role is $71,000 to $76,000. The specific offer will depend on an applicant's skills and other factors. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program. Chubb offers a comprehensive benefits package, more details on which can be found on our careers website. The disclosed pay range estimate may be adjusted for the applicable geographic differential for the location in which the position is filled.
