Title: Field Support Level 1
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Position Type: Contract
Compensation
Pay Range:$20.00-$25.00 Per Hr
Description
Join our team as a Field Support Level 1 in Fort Myers, FL.
This is an onsite, contract position where you'll support IT operations across various locations.
You will be responsible for maintaining systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of technology infrastructure.
Proficiency with general technology systems and excellent customer service skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership to assess and deliver on hardware and software needs.
Monitor and resolve issues, service tickets, and projects in the designated area.
Visit sites to identify and resolve active issues.
Assist with installation, configuration, and usability of technology equipment.
Maintain a strong working knowledge of supported systems and equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related technical field with 1-3 years of field IT Support experience.
Strong operational and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of PC, printer, file servers, and network operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and PC connectivity.
Valid driver's license and the ability to travel between sites as needed.
