Field Support Specialist

Pay/Schedule: $25.00 - $30.00/hour. Monday - Friday 8AM to 5PM. We offer weekly pay + benefits.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Field Support Specialist to serve as a key link between customers, field personnel, and internal operations teams in the Odessa, TX area. In this role, you will coordinate product deliveries to active drilling sites, support service execution and documentation, assist with billing and inventory activities, and build positive relationships with rig personnel and customer contacts across the Permian Basin. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to develop a career that spans customer service, field operations, and commercial processes within the energy industry. Occasional overnight travel to Hobbs, NM and surrounding areas is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver products and materials to customer drilling and production sites safely and professionally while serving as the primary customer-facing representative on location
• Support service execution by ensuring accurate completion of service records, delivery documentation, and billing-related information
• Coordinate with field specialists, operations, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively and on time
• Perform shipping, receiving, picking, staging, and distribution of materials and components in compliance with HSE and quality standards
• Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy and enter operational data into company systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required
• Ability to travel locally and spend significant time driving to customer locations in Odessa, Hobbs, NM, and surrounding areas; occasional overnight stays required
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds
• Internship, part-time, or professional experience in sales, customer service, account management, business operations, or logistics preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Willingness to learn drilling tools, products, and oilfield service applications to effectively support customers and identify commercial opportunities
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
