We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Field Tech Sales Expert to join our team. This full-time, Katy-area position involves providing technical sales support, building strong customer relationships, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

What you'll do:

  • Building relationships and selling upgraded solutions is what our Experts do best. They'll deliver and service devices within 24 hours and sell Asurion smart home related products.

  • Provide superior service and products to deliver each customer with the best experience they can get with their technology

  • Provide in-person device setup and technical support for customers' smartphones, tablets, and other consumer electronics

  • Meet with customers face to face at their homes

  • Always upsell Asurion smart home and other products

  • Achieve sales and service goals and grow as a result of feedback and coaching

  • Through interactions with customers, our experts demonstrate integrity in serving, solving and selling with expectations to listen to the customer’s needs, provide accurate information and conduct themselves in a way that is consistent with Asurion's values.

  • Travel daily to and from the job site and several customer locations, possibly in heavy traffic and bad weather
