Title: Field Technician

Hourly Pay: $15-$18 Hourly

Shift Hours: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Location: Chesterland, OH 44026

Job Description:

Installs Invisible Fence® Brand system wire at customer’s homes using basic machinery and hand tools while following all company standards and procedures.

Responsibility:

• Utilized company vehicle to run job route, picked up at storefront daily

• Install Invisible Fence® Brand wire on customer properties

• Maintaining good working order and cleanliness of all company vehicles and equipment assigned to Wire Installer and report to General Manager (GM) or Field Operations Manager (FOM) is an issue that requires additional maintenance.

• Provide superior customer service by

• • Direct customer concerns to GM or FOM

  • Maintain customers’ home by providing a clean and neat installation/service

  • Always leaving the customers’ home in a better condition

• Report any issues to customers and RGM, GM or FOM.

• Maintain proper documentation of all notes for customer visits and issues, including entering notes promptly when the job concludes.

Basic Requirements:

o Reliable Transportation

o Authorized to Work in the U.S.

o Must take a background check

o Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and driving skills

o Must take a drug test

o 1 Year of Customer Service Experience (preferred)

o Ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints and solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists while maintaining a professional demeanor.

o Well-groomed and maintain continued professional appearance and demeanor
