What You'll Do
Perform field and laboratory testing on construction materials such as soil and concrete.
Conduct site observations and inspections to verify quality and compliance.
Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications.
Collect, record, and maintain accurate testing data and documentation.
Assist in evaluating test results and preparing reports.
Ensure all testing procedures meet industry standards and safety requirements.
Travel to local job sites to complete testing and inspection assignments (approximately 25% local travel).
Maintain testing equipment and keep accurate field records.
Communicate findings with supervisors and project teams.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
Ability to climb and work at varying heights when needed.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

ACI Certification
Nuclear Gauge Certification
Residential Building Inspector (B1)
Commercial Building Inspector (B2)
ICC Residential Certification (ICCRC)
ICC Commercial Certification (ICCSO)
ICC Fire Protection Certification (ICCFP)
ICC Structural Masonry Certification (ICCSM)
