Your impact

As a field technician supporting the Michigan area, you will bring commercial HVAC systems to life and keep them operating at their best—balancing airflow, dialing in humidity control, and confirming energy management strategies in the field. You will be a trusted partner to customers, translating diagnostics into clear solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute start-ups and provide ongoing service for commercial HVAC equipment across air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management applications.
• Diagnose and repair performance issues on water-source heat pumps and rooftop packaged HVAC systems.
• Collaborate with commissioning personnel to validate sequence of operations for both new builds and existing facilities.
• Deliver dependable, professional customer support and thorough service documentation.

Qualifications

• Field experience with commercial heating and air conditioning.
• Knowledge of commercial A/C, heating, water-source heat pumps, and rooftop packaged systems.
• EPA Type I & II or Universal certification.
• Possession of personal hand tools and a clean driving record.
• OSHA 10-hour training certification (preferred).

Compensation & location

• Estimated Salary: $24- $50/hr, with flexibility based on experience and skills.
• Service area: Michigan.
