Job Summary:


We are looking for a reliable and skilled Field Technician to install, service, and maintain equipment and systems at customer locations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, hands-on troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service in the field.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Install, test, and maintain equipment, systems, or devices at client sites.

  • Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs or replacements as needed.

  • Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.

  • Provide technical support and training to customers on equipment use and care.

  • Document all service activities, including installations, maintenance, and repairs.

  • Maintain inventory of tools, parts, and materials required for field work.

  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding service status and technical issues.

  • Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

  • Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies as required.

Qualifications:

Strong mechanical, electrical, or IT troubleshooting skills (depending on field).


Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, manuals, and schematics.


Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.


Physical ability to lift equipment and work in various site conditions.


Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to multiple job sites.

Certifications:
  • OSHA-30
  • NFPA 70E
