Role Description The Field Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX, responsible for supporting the physical upkeep and inspection of managed residential properties. Daily tasks include performing routine property inspections, documenting conditions with photos and detailed notes, and reporting maintenance needs to the office team. The role involves coordinating and overseeing minor repairs, verifying vendor work quality, and ensuring properties meet safety and habitability standards. The Field Technician will respond to service requests, assist with move-in and move-out evaluations, and maintain accurate records in company systems. Collaboration with property owners, residents, and vendors is essential to ensure timely resolution of issues and consistent property condition.
