    Job Overview

    We are looking for a field technician in Prescott AZ!

    As a Field Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and support to our mining customers while working with some of the most advanced machinery in the world. This is your chance to work in a dynamic, safety-first environment where your technical skills and dedication make a direct impact.

    This position is on the road working at customer mining sites up to six days a week, with overtime available.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Prioritize safety at all times by following and promoting safe work practices.
    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues on Komatsu heavy equipment in the field.
    • Perform maintenance, inspections, and updates in alignment with service standards.
    • Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with minimal supervision
    • Communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and customer satisfaction.
    • Complete related paperwork and access databases require to complete job
    • Ability to provide accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
    • Minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work.
