Role Description The Field Technician role at Orkin in San Jose, CA is a full-time, on-site position responsible for delivering pest control services to customers in residential and commercial settings. Day-to-day activities include inspecting properties for pest activity, identifying pest types and conditions that contribute to infestations, and applying appropriate treatments in accordance with company protocols and safety standards. The Field Technician will communicate clearly with customers, explain service recommendations, and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure effective pest management. The role also involves maintaining service records, operating company vehicles safely, and adhering to all regulatory, environmental, and health and safety requirements. Technicians work both indoors and outdoors and may perform duties in various weather conditions.
