Location: Tampa, FL with travel to Sarasota, Clearwater, Lakeland and Orlando areas
Pay: $23.00/hour
Hours: Monday-Friday, with Saturday as needed. Must be available to work between the hours of 5am-3:00pm, with overtime as needed
Duration: Direct Hire Opportunity
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Perform sealcoating, line striping, crack filling, pothole repair and other pavement maintenance services
*Assist with job site preparation, setup and cleanup
*Ensure all equipment, tools, materials and vehicles are prepared and ready for daily operations
*Set up and maintain proper traffic control, safety signage and work zone protection
*Conduct vehicle inspections and complete pre-job checklists
*Assist with project walkthroughs, measurements, and estimating activities
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Able to lift up to 75 lbs.
*Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
*Ability to safely operate and maneuver pickup trucks, trailers and equipment
*Ability to work long hours outdoors in Florida's heat and varying weather conditions
*Construction, paving, pavement maintenance, or related field experience preferred
*Experience towing trailers and operating commercial equipment is a plus
