About the Role:
All Dry Services of Florida Gulf Coast is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our growing team in Port Charlotte, FL. This is a hands-on role perfect for a technical professional who thrives in a dynamic, field-based environment. Responsibilities:

• Work for an IICRC-certified Lead Technician
• Extract water from flooded commercial & residential structures
• Perform on-site setup and decontamination of equipment 
• Prepare structure for possible drywall/flooring demolition
• Demolition and removal of damaged material
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding service status and technical findings
• Document service calls, work orders, and field reports accurately
• Maintain company tools, vehicles, and equipment in proper working condition

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a field technician, service technician, or related technical role is a plus
• Able to pass a background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working in various indoor environments
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
