The primary responsibility of a Field Technician is traveling to various customer locations, predominately within the United States to ensure the successful implementation of POS, CCTV equipment, and IT Network Infrastructure.
Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Travel within the United States
Travel to various locations during the week to set-up, configure POS hardware and peripherals including Wi-Fi equipment, digital menu boards, order confirmation boards, and cash wraps.
Installation of Network infrastructure including Cat5/6 cabling, IT rack mount systems, and CCTV Cameras.
Responsible for setting up and configuring all IT equipment according to a customer supplied script.
Installation of Self Checkout lanes and all peripherals.
Perform higher-level projects such as remodels and new store installations.
Maintain routine communication with your direct report to keep up-to-date on scheduled assignments and changes.
Technician is responsible for completing required reports and documentation.
