    Ops (Field Tech. Farm Helpers)

    Classification Minimum Requirements:

    Must be over 18 and have a Driver's License. 

    Job Description:

    Our agricultural Research Center is looking to hire 2 Field  helpers  to assist our Farm Crew Ag Assistants with field preparations for research purposes. 

    This position is year-round and 100% outdoors. 

    • Must be able to lift 50lbs, (a few times a year).
    • Must have reliable transportation to our Balm/ Wimauma, FL location.
    • Must have a good attitude and positive personality, and be willing to work in a team environment with people from all different backgrounds. 
    • Tasks will / can include: hooking up drip tape, PVC repairs, tying and planting, tomatoes and /or other crops. 
    • Changing water filters in different field blocks. 
    •  Cleaning up fields, pulling plastic from different field block
    Expected Salary:

    $16-16.50/hour, plus health insurance eligible 

    Required Qualifications:Must  be over 18.  Must have driver's license. 
    Preferred:

    Must  be over 18.  Must have driver's license.
