Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Territory Manager (Agricultural Equipment) for a well-established, family-owned agricultural manufacturing company. This is a remote, field-based position based in Ohio with extensive travel throughout an assigned territory across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Our client is seeking a relationship-driven Territory Manager to develop and support an established dealer network across Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. In this autonomous, field-based role, you will travel extensively throughout your assigned territory to drive business growth through consultative sales, dealer development, product training, and strategic partnerships while representing a respected manufacturer known for quality and innovation. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with agricultural equipment dealers throughout the assigned territory.
  • Drive new business development while growing existing dealer partnerships and increasing market share.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, sales presentations, and dealer training programs.
  • Partner with dealers on inventory planning, sales strategies, and customer support initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary territory resource for product knowledge, warranty support, and dealer success.
  • Travel extensively throughout the assigned territory to support customers and achieve sales goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in agricultural equipment, farm equipment, heavy equipment, agribusiness, or related territory sales.
  • Demonstrated success developing dealer relationships and growing sales through consultative business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Valid driver's license with a positive driving record and the ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
