What You'll Do- Partner withleadershiptoidentifytraining and development needsand workto enhance core capabilities and ensure continuous process improvements
- Provide on-site coaching and guidance to support the development of critical service skills as aligned withorganizationalobjectives
- Develop individualized learning plans to meet readiness targets or associated business metrics and review and provide feedback on training curricula developed by the Service Learning & Development team
- Ensure that Training programs and processes are accurately and effectively communicated
- Provide ongoing training and development support in the field to ensure a problem-solving mindset is applied and effectively utilized
- Provideroboticsspecific trainingandexhibitexpert knowledge of the methods, techniques, and materials used in the maintenance and repair ofTesla products
- Co-coordinate schedule with leaders and training partners supporting service teams in the field
What You'll Bring- S3 technician or higher
- Strongexpertisein system repair and training, including thecapacityto read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Ability to collaborate with and serve as a partner/consultant to regional leadership and staff
- Highly skilled with common workplace and database software
- Valid driver's licenserequired

Expected Compensation $68,000 - $144,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
