The Field Training Coach is responsible for coaching, mentoring, and training field employees to build competencies in hazard identification, risk mitigation, and safe, efficient rig operations through hands‑on, in‑field support. This role works directly alongside crews to reinforce Precision's standards and operates on a 2-weeks-on/2-weeks-off rotational schedule.
